This charming triplex is three separate homes (Coral, Seagrass, and Driftwood) joined by a shared entry deck and walkway, and with 10-bedrooms, 8 full baths, and 2 half baths, there's plenty of room for family and friends to spread out. In each home, you'll enjoy a light-filled great room with Smart HD TV and access to the outdoor living space, stylish kitchen appointed with everything you need to start the day with a steaming cup of coffee or cook up the island's freshest “catch of the day".
Upstairs at Seagrass you will find a roomy Master Bedroom with King bed and private spa-like bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each offer Queen beds with a shared bath. Upstairs at Coral you will also find a spacious Master Suite with KING-sized bed and private bath, two guest bedrooms one with a king sized bed, and one with a queen sized bed that share a full bath in the hall. An additional half bath can be found on the main floor. These elevated homes feature ample off-street parking below, fenced in yards, 2 PRIVATE HEATED POOLS and 2 gas grills.
Driftwood reflects the best of a classic beach bungalow updated with a fresh, coastal feel. This spacious and comfortable home has a BRAND NEW PRIVATE HEATED POOL, outdoor deck space and 2 separate outdoor sitting areas. With 4 bedrooms, and 4 baths plus and an additional den with pullout sofa and second floor media room, this home offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out. From the covered outdoor porch, with dining table and comfortable seating, you'll step in to an open floor plan with an expansive living room, dining room, and kitchen, plus a separate den, which means that there is plenty of room for everyone. The den features a pullout sofa and can be closed off using the pocket door. The dining table seats 8 with 2 additional spots nearby at the kitchen island, and doors that open onto a cozy side porch. Additionally, you'll find a first-floor guest bedroom styled with a QUEEN bed, and adjacent to a full bath. The first floor also includes the easy convenience of a stack washer/dryer. Heading up to the second level, the stairwell flows into the second-floor media room with flat screen tv, a perfect spot for puzzles, games or reading. On the second floor you will find three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two bedrooms are styled with KING beds and private bathrooms. Every home in our portfolio is designed to host only vacation guests, and guests of Luxury Simplified Retreats are expected to abide by the rules and NOISE ORDINANCE enforced by the Town of Folly Beach. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and or parties will result in immediate loss of use. The City of Folly Beach has strict rules and regulations regarding such events and if in violation, guest will incur a minimum fine of $2,500. Retreats on Hudson - Coral/Seagrass/Driftwood is a NO SMOKING property. No exceptions.
Access Each of our luxury vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests' stay will be provided by your Concierge on the date of your check-in. Other Things to Note We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through Rental Guardian. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).
At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
Folly Beach has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Noise complaints can result in fines.
