"Pet friendly" surprise upcharge

The only issue I had was the $75.00 upcharge for my pet. I knew the hotel was "pet friendly", but didn't appreciate the surprise upcharge. This needs to be made clear from the get go.

The staff very friendly and property clean however the main reason we deciside to stay is for the pool but it was not inservice and would have appreciated if it would stated when booked.I would like to express my gratitude for the friendly demeanor of the staff and the cleanliness of the property during our recent stay. However, the primary reason for our selection was access to the pool, which was unfortunately out of service. It would have been beneficial to have been informed of this condition at the time of booking. Thank you for your attention to this matter.The staff was very friendly, and the property was clean. However, the main reason we decided to stay was for the pool, but it was out of service. I would have appreciated it if this had been stated when we booked.

Pool closed at a time lots of kids were staying for baseball tournament. Furniture had not been dusted. Elevators worked off and on. Staff was very nice.

We were here with a team of 6yr old baseball players and the pool was closed. There was only 1 ice machine working for the guests which was always empty. One elevator was not working.

The breakfast was great, but there were no Ketchup packets. Staff looked but they had none. Decaf coffee contained hot water only. We have stayed there several times in the past and have always gotten a clean, quiet room.

It was a great hotel. Room was larger than most I've stayed in. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was great. My only complaint would be there were only 4 handicap parking spots and I had to park far away. I have bad knees and it was difficult for me

We've stayed at this location several times now. It is always a solid choice. Nice staff, breakfast, super comfy pillows - always a must! And when you tell the next-door restaurant, Sagebrush, that you're staying here, it's 10% off your bill! An awesome perk after a long drive.

Sorry we chose this one.

We have stayed at the same facility several times. The service has gone downhill. You cannot even request maid service every day. The pool was not open because it needed to be inspected by the county with no date available on 4th of July weekend. There is only one waffle iron available. There used to be two. When our room was cleaned, there was no bag put in trash can. The island was not wiped down. There are stains on some of the walls that don't look like anyone tries to clean them. One of the televisions did not work properly. There was no television guide posted anymore. There is no information left in rooms anymore for restaurants or local attractions and there isn't always someone at the desk to help as there used to be.
