Service

Our room was very plain for being newly remodled and $110 a night. The guy at the front desk was very rude and not understanding when we asked for a refund so we could go somewhere else because we didn't feel comfortable being there, especially after my husband took a shower and it leaked and water got under the floor and in the wall. We could press/step on the floor and water would come out. We got into a yelling disagreement then he told me he was refusing my service and i could leave. I told him i planned on it and id be back to speak with his manager in the morning. When I went in the morning, I explained everything to the manager and showed her the video of the water. Jordan, the guy at the front desk, didn't tell her everything. Just that we weren't pleased with the room. When I showed her the video, she was appalled he refused to give us our money back since the room wasn't in good condition to stay in. He kept saying we should have told him within 15-30 minutes of any issues but my husband took a shower an hour after we got there. The manager said it makes sense to want to settle in before showering  and whether it was 30 minutes or 4 hours later when he showered and noticed the issue, we should have gotten our money back for it. The only thing that I enjoyed about that stay was the managers understanding and her apologizing for Jordan and helping make things right.

I liked the to-go breakfast! The 6ft apart line separators were a nice touch.

It was overall ok. Not a bad place to stay. But was expensive for what you get. Also, “includes breakfast” should be more than one banana! Really?!

A remodel was going on...landscapers mess. Should have received a discount on room We did not ask, but felt d discount should have been offered.

Shady looking people wandering around. Looks like the trailer park type.

The property staff were friendly and helpful. The actual property is poorly constructed, allowing for EXTREME freeway noise and foot noise from the floor above.

Staff members were very friendly, nonfunctional microwave in the room, no coffee maker in the room, breakfast was a joke, too noisy at night( people fighting and screaming at 1.57Am).

The elevator was nice...the noise from 3rd floor kept me up. The continental breakfast :(

I received excellent service during check in and out. The continental breakfast was ok.
