This property is a separate, standalone house on top of the garage. It has separate entrance by the side of the building with a stairs inside the unit to the open concept kitchen and living space area. The spaces are on the same floor together, the bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, kitchen and living area, so no need to climb another stairs into access other spaces. Has enough windows to enjoy natural light.
