This recently renovated home features a modern kitchen, full size bath, and two bedrooms complete with memory foam beds. All the comforts of home with central heat/AC and 3 stage water filtration system. Outdoor space includes a spacious dock with covered gazebo, smart TV, and hot tub (located on top deck) as well as private boat slip. Enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine on the dock from the #1 winery in NYS located minutes away! 2 kayaks as well as a paddle board included with bookings.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a coffee maker, and a kitchen island.
