Beautiful property; great location

We stayed here during a conference and the place was great! Very clean and welcoming. There were a ton of local restaurants within walking distance and the 16th street mall was only about a 15 minute walk. We were particularly impressed with how well-stocked this place was and although the refrigerator went out on our second day, it was fixed fairly quickly – these things happen. Coming from a small neighborhood, I could hear the traffic just outside... but it didn't seem excessive (we didn't have a ton of sirens, for instance). The second room was pretty small and had no window – definitely not an even split – but the open layout of the kitchen/living room was fun to hang out in and totally gorgeous. :) I'd definitely rent again for next year's conference!
