What a way to unwind! Enjoy beautiful ocean and river views from this bright, tropical 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit at Sandpoint Condominium. Located on the 8th floor, this unit features a cozy kitchen with breakfast bar seating. The living area, complete with plenty of seating looking out to a private balcony with ocean and river views. The dining area hosts a table and four chairs. The main bedroom also connects to the balcony, offering the same spectacular views. It features a king bed, TV, and full private bath. The guest room includes a king and twin bed, with a TV, and river views. The guest bath has a spacious walk-in shower. A washer and dryer are also included in the unit for your convenience. This unit is fully equipped with all linens, towels, cookware, etc.

This is a great Daytona Beach Shores location, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and bridges to the mainland. We would love to host you in the beautiful condominium for your next vacation!
** Please note: there are support posts on each balcony and throughout the lower garage. They will remain in place as a precaution until a future concrete restoration project is complete - NO projects currently underway. The building is open for occupancy. One car per unit only - must park in reserved garage spot or across the street for guest parking 2nd car.

Great property, host and experience

Our host, Ashley, was a great communicator and a great person in general. We found this property at the last minute as our first reservation was cancelled because of issue with that property and we were literally traveling the next day. Ashley bent over backwards to help us and was EXTREMELY helpful when we arrived. She is part of a realty company and has great information about the area. The property was very nice, had private parking and was all secure and we felt very comfortable there. Private pool and access to beach was clean and great too! Would stay here again with no issue.
