Beach House w/ Heated Pool | Steps from the beach without the noise

Are you ready for a vacation in paradise with some of the most beautiful sunrises? You will have it all with our 2-story Daytona Beach house across the street from the World's Most Famous Beach and our heated in ground pool. Working from home or home schooling? We have you covered with two designated work spaces and a large kitchen table.

This house is non-smoking and animals are not allowed. With its beach décor and 2,400 square feet of living space, you will feel at home.

Fully stocked kitchen essentials including plates, cups, silverware, pots & pans.

Beach umbrellas, beach cart, coolers, and beach chairs will be provided to ensure you have a great beach day. Cross the street and your feet will be in the sand.

Pool accessories include pool noodles and other floating devices. Please be advised that there is not a working hot tub on the property.

Gas grill will be perfect for afternoon or evening BBQs by the pool. Enjoy the gas fire pit on a chilly night.

We have provided the basic supplies on what we believe you will need for your stay: trash bags, soap, laundry/dishwasher pods, propane, etc. We've based that on our 12 person occupancy and minimum night stay. If you bring more people or on longer stays, you may need to acquire more of these items from the store. Should you run in to any issues with these items, we do encourage you to reach out to us. It is possible that we won't be able to do anything about it, but we would like the opportunity to be notified to see if there is a remedy that we can make work.

Disappointed Overall With Property

Selected this property primarily for the pool and hot tub. Checked with owner the week before arriving to confirm pool would be heated when we arrived. They replied the pool is kept within 82-86 degrees. We arrived at 9 PM and the pool was cold, temperture reading 64 degrees. No instructions were provided for pool controls. Tried to start the pool pump and heater so we could enjoy the pool the next day. Checked again in the morning and temperture had not gone up. Contacted owner, he indicated it was my fault for using the wrong settings to start the heater. No explanation for why the pool was cold when we arrived. Even when given the proper instructions, it took 2 days to get the temp up to 76 degrees. Pool tech later told me this was because the water level was in pool was below the filters. Hot tub did not work either, but my bad for not reading the description carefully where it was noted the tub was broken. Jacuzzi tub in bathroom was also not working, and 2 fireplaces were marked do not use. Overall property is old and has not been well maintained. Owner refused a partial refund for pool problems.

Nice Property

This house was great for our group! We were in town racing go karts at the Daytona Speedway and this location was perfect to be able to sight see during our down time. It was about a 20 minute drive to the speedway which was convenient. Plenty of parking also that was nice since we were driving trucks.

Home away from home with the perfect location!

Beautiful large property just across the street from the beach. Property owners have on site practically everything you need for every member of the family. We did not need it but it even has a baby high chair and baby monitors. The heated pool and lots of parking was big for us. We came down for The Turkey Run and trailered a couple of Antique Cars. The pool was not as clean as I felt it should be but the owners did try to resolve it with the pool maintenance company. All that you need to bring is food and clothes! It's located walking distance from the Grocery store and we felt very safe since the Police Station was a couple of buildings down. Don't hesitate the property will not disappoint!

Great family getaway

Great overall experience for the 2nd yr in a row! ,.a little.disappointed the master tub was out of service, and the air conditioning is locked at 72° unusally didnt make a difference but when the heat index jumped over 102..it was a little bit of a struggle that day.

Family Vacation

Our family enjoyed staying @ your property. Much nicer than staying in separate hotel rooms. The location was perfect. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed. You need to remove the "hot tub" from your listing as it is non-functioning. The large tub in the master bath is also non-functioning. Please also check your electrical outlets as some of them are also non-functioning.

Great vacation rental

The property was beautiful. It is walking distance from the beach. The kids loved the pool. I particularly loved the fact that they have an alarm on the pool entrance doors. I have small kids so this gave me peace of mind with having a pool onsite. The only disappointment we had was the hot tub was not properly working but the repairs were being done as we left. I would definitely return again in the future.

The house is amazing, wonderful, very nice. I enjoy the time with my family I had a great weekend but I have a recommendation for the pool the recirculating system do not work properly the pomp do not have enough strength too pomp the water in the pool. The first day works only the have off the day and do not work anymore for the rest off the days and also it was a little dirty and had some plastic cover broken, missing some covers too and will be great if also fix some cosmetic issues because the back yard and pool is the best part off the house I really enjoy if this little thing are fixing this house will be the best in all Daytona Beach.

Spring Break 2022 Adult get away

This is one of the nicest VRBO's I have stayed in. You can see the beach access point from the front door but it's a block off the main street so you can hang out on the porch swings with minimal traffic noise. We had four adult couples all with our own rooms. The Pool was great and the furniture was plentiful so everyone could relax. The Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and if you prefer going out there are restaurants are nearby. I would recommend this place for larger families, or small groups of friends who want to get together and hang out in a great location in a very nice house.

Fantastic Property!

We had 3 couples staying for a long weekend festival at the Speedway. Easy drive to and from the event. The house was perfect. Short walk to the beach in the mornings. Would definitely stay again on our next trip to Daytona.

The house was 1 block from beach, it had plenty of beach toys and a buggy to get the items to the beach. It was all stocked up with anything you need for cooking and storing food
