Very clean and good property. The big issue is that breakfast was cold. some of the items like eggs should have had burners to keep the food warm. Most of the items were cold and gave the impression of left overs. But the property was clean, safe well organized and the staff were helpful

Id expect this from a roadside hotel

We booked a room with a roll in shower after filtering the search options to only show hotels with roll in showers, and got a room with no roll in shower. There was no cold water in the bathroom. We could not connect to the WiFi or cast to the tv or plug anything into the hdmi port. The front desk told us they didn’t have any rooms with roll in showers on the property. My husband spoke with the manager after the first night and when our kids almost got burned in the shower with how hot the water was, and she was able to find a room with a roll in shower and had non scalding hot water. However, half the outlets didn’t work in the room. The beds were like rocks. The “full service” restaurant only serves 2-3 items for 3 hours at dinner and is open for 3 hours at breakfast. The towels were hard and crusty The floor around the toilet was stained like no one had cleaned the dribbled pee off the toilet in months.

Pleasantly Surprised!!

Needed a quick overnight stay from a late night flight into DFW Love. Very surprised by the quality of the establishment given its location to the highway and older neighborhood. Even though we arrived super late and the deskclerk was dealing with several issues, we were checked in promptly and given all needed information. She alerted us to one of the elevators being out of service and that they were working diligently to get it fixed. This did not affect our stay but I appreciated the forethought to tell us. Our room was amazingly spacious and very up to date including a mini kitchen with 2 burner stove, dishwasher, coffee pot, and full size refrigerator with freezer. An amazingly full breakfast was provided the following morning with numerous options. The only "bad" thing I can say is that you can hear the highway traffic as it is located right next to it. Even still it was very easy to fall asleep. Came in late on a Saturday night and it definitely was not a "party hotel". Highly recommend.
