Not a bad stay, a few things off but otherwise 👌

The staff was friendly when we arrived but when we got to our room. The AC was giving off a strong mildew smell. There were also no towels in the bathroom except one used one. When we called to ask if we could be brought clean ones we were told we had to come to the front desk for them. Also empty tp roll upon entry. Other than that quiet, free breakfast, and the beds were very comfortable.

Staff was very friendly but was not so happy after i arrived to check in, turns out my reservation was given to someone else with the same name but they failed to check the reservation number on it so i had to pay again for the stay there so i got charged a security deposit twice. The clerk did advied i would get a refund but it would take a while to process but waiting longer to get another room and not to what i reserved was annoying i was tired from the ling drive and just wanted to sleep. I wasent even compensated or got an apology for their mistake.
