7. While there is thorough professional cleaning between each guest stay, I kindly ask you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in the hamper prior to leaving.
8. Report any accidents. I understand that accidents happen, but I ask that you please make me aware if/when they do.
9.Pets are NOT permitted! Pet violation fee $250/night

PARKING:
Each short term rental unit is allowed to reserve one parking spot for guests. An assigned parking spot and coordinating parking permit is to be available to guest for use and must be displayed on the dashboard during the stay. One other registered vehicle is allowed on the premises in an unassigned parking space, but is not guaranteed at all times. Special event parking may be charged by ownership periodically with an official parking permit, but no tenants or guests are allowed to charge for parking as this is a strict violation of the city of Arlington. No parking is permitted on the street. Property Ownership or Management is not responsible for vehicle theft, damage, or towing.

Good location for a ball game. Quiet area, though I doubt it stays quiet on Cowboy game day. Beds uncomfortable, A/C in main bedroom almost non-existent, and unit leaks water. Still, a 5 minute walk to Globe Life Field, so that was worth it

You can literally see the AT&T Stadium from the unit!!

Great for event goers in the area, you get to the Cowboys and Rangers stadiums just walking across the parking lot!Also, the place was very clean, comformtable and we had great communication with the host, no parking issues at all, which was important as we had two vehicles.
