beautiful building and terrible support
The condo is beautify, spacious, airy and well located. However we had a lot of trouble with support (ie a front door that would not open and management would not address.) The lever on the door did not work, and multiple people were locked out of the home. I called and texted more than half a dozen times with response of, the owner will take care of it at the end of April. We were there for two weeks in the beginning of April. After reaching out daily to every other day (during which I was told the case was "reopened,") 9 days into our stay, they sent someone to temporarily fix the door. Sound system did not work. You can easily do a little tree skiing to get right up to the side door of the condo. It i a very short hike to get to a lift/slopes. Excellent location. there are a lot of pots, but no mixer, blender etc. There were two there; neither worked. I reached out repeatedly to request they replace them. Cases were "reopened," repeatedly without resolution. We were told dish detergent, dish soap, garbage bags, shampoo etc needed to be purchased by us. First condo this was the case. You can get around easily because the Copper Coach.My husband got a nasty cut on his foot from the splintered master bed frame held up by bricks. The steam shower is awesome. After calling multiple times, the toilets that would not flush (the mechanism was apparently stripped,) were fixed. There is a lot of comfortable seating.
