For those seeking extraordinary! This luxury rock home is the ultimate place for spectacular Frio River, Valley and Mountain Range views with exceptional tranquility. A perfect place to escape from the ordinary. This expertly built white rock home sits high in the clouds, yet only 5 minutes to the Frio River. Park in the circular driveway and walk through the rock walls to be take in by the sheer beauty of the Frio River, mountain range and Frio River Valley below your private patio and covered deck. There is a BBQ grill on the patio.

Step into luxury and be immediately transported to a different world. The kitchen, dining room and living room are one large, open concept room, yet there's a thoughtful balance between the dark wood, vaulted ceiling and white rock, with light streaming in through the wall of widow's overlooking the views. The expansive blue skyline reflects off the living room walls a rich natural hue while aged timber frames the picture perfect views.

Your eyes will be drawn to the rich Hill Country aesthetic that fills the room with tasteful, upscale furnishings of leather sofas, granite under vaulted ceilings. As night falls the outdoor lighting illuminates the walkway and deck to soak in the ambiance.

From the comfortable leather sofas and designer touches throughout, everything is picture perfect. The kitchen is designed and equipped to satisfy the needs of regular folks who have a desire to cook at a high level. Quality appliances, granite counters and custom cabinets are sure to please the most discriminating chefs. E & J is the place to relax, reconnect and watch the clouds float by.

Great Location and View, Beautifully Decorated home

The location is amazing and it's clear the place was lovingly decorated and thoughtfully put together. This home mas everything you need for a comfortable trip to the river. The back patio has an expansive view that was wonderful to watch wildlife from and view the eclipse. The vacation rental company was responsive when we reached out with questions. Our only drawback was that the property was not cleaned when we arrived (dishes dirty, counters not wiped, floors not vacuumed/swept, toilets very dirty). We had already spent hours in the car with the kids and needed to get settled so we ended up just dealing with it ourselves instead of calling and waiting for housekeeping, but it was frustrating. Additionally the linens were not provided so we were told to bring sheets and towels or pay the $375 linen fee (for just three nights???). I ended up just spending $75 at Walmart for brand new sheets and brought them with us for one time use. The provided quilts were not clean and didn't fit into the washer so we had to make do there as well. I guess if I'm paying that much per night I expect a place to at least be cleaned and linens provided. That is the only thing that would keep me from coming back.

Great eclipse and trail run weekend

We really enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed grilling and sitting outside watching the eclipse and the stars. When staying in this area it is helpful to bring groceries as the local market has limited items. Also if you're bringing wine, bring your own glasses to enjoy at this location. Would definitely stay here again. It is a really beautiful place!
