The hotel location is good . The staff were nice the room looked clean and well maintained. The reason for my poor review is bedbugs. Woke up itching in multiple places in the middle of the night. Me and my daughter were bitten in multiple places. There were two bugs that I was able to trap for the hotel staff to see. Our room was switched at 2:30 am. The staff promptly washed our clothes. It was a nuisance having to uproot my family and move in the middle of the night. At check out the staff was apologetic for what happened. I asked for a copy of the complaint I had filed and a supervisor was called, who again mentioned" this is not a uncommon occurance in hotels". We not told what we should expect and who to call if something were to happen related to the bodily injury by bed bug bites . I asked for a direct number to call in case I needed reimbursement for medical needs. We were told that the official report after filing a complaint to the state of Ohio would be sent to us. When asked about refunding the cost of the hotel , we were asked to call Orbitz and the hotel would work it out with them. This would take incredible amount of time so I let it go . I guess I was just unlucky "as this is not a common occurance" , the room was 1132 .

Our room was filthy. There was crumbs in between the night stand and bed. A dirty used towel was left in the bathroom from the last guest. We also heard some type of fan running and squealing our entire stay. We stayed in this same hotel several months before and had a great stay, this time, not so much! We will NOT be back .

nice room close to convention center. room is clean with plenty of plug ins. Had a fridge which is always a plus. Has a max and ermas right out side for easy good dinner after a long day.

Nice place. Has a bar n even a late nite coffee bar. Walkin distance to all of downtown

We would stay there again. Nice short walk to Nationwide Arena to see a hockey game.

Great place to stay for a Blue Jackets game at Nationwide Arena!

Good Hotel + Great Location. Hotel is just a 10 minute walk to the arena district.

A few of my friends and I stayed and went out for my birthday last weekend. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Once it was past time for the shuttle they helped us flag down cabs. I left my phone charger and one staff member even let me borrow their personal charger. The location was perfect for going out to dinner and bars. It was a great stay.

My wife and I stayed in mid January 2014 to celebrate my 30th birthday. Pros: Fantastic customer service. I got a room upgrade and a bottle of champagne because I told them we were having a romantic weekend. Great room service options When there was an issue with my bed (hair on the sheets...gross...they immediately moved me to another room. The second room was fine, and this is why I gave 4 stars for cleanliness. Cons: No variety of pillow sizes. I like a flat pillow and they only have the large fluffy ones. I think a $130+ a night hotel should have these available upon request. The bed itself was not the most comfortable. It was nice, but for a high end hotel I want to melt into the bed. Overall I was very happy with my stay and I would strongly consider staying there again if I had the occasion.

The room was very comfortable and pleasant and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife and I stayed there to visit family in Columbus and see a Blue Jackets hockey game. The location was perfect and we had a very enjoyable experience. Breakfast is expensive however but I expect that at a downtown hotel. I would stay here again.

Hotel was nice clean but there was no free parking, the water pressure in the shower was very low and the pool was pretty small. Staff was friendly and professional.

A Justin Timberlake concert was in town that was causing a lot of rooms to be booked up and drive up prices, but if you like price on that is being advertised you will be more than happy with the hotel itself. Parking is a bit tricky. Front desk was accommodating toward bachelor party needs, besides the night audit lady, who though it was ridiculous that someone would want food at 3:30 AM.

the hotel is directly across the street from the convention centre. In short walking distance to a number of very nice restuarants. The pillows were horrible, but otherwise this is a very clean, comfortable and fresh place.

My boyfriend and I stayed one night in a King Executive room. Beautiful view, gorgeous bathroom, and very comfortable bed. I was excited to find the little complimentary "relaxation" kit and bathrobes. The little touches made me feel like my stay was longer. Staff was very polite and accommodating. Short stay in a great hotel.

It started off as business and ended with fun. Thanks for a great overnight stay!!

Perfect place. Went with 3 friends. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

A very cordial and helpful staff was a highlight of my recent stay during a conference, including the fact that I left an item in my room, which was promptly located and inexpensively returned via Priority Mail. The room was quiet and comfortable, if slightly cramped by the two queen beds. The skywalk connection to the Convention Center made it a great base of operations - across the street from the "headquarters" hotel at a lower cost. And, room service brought me a burger that was actually medium-rare - huzzah

Due to recent surgery, my traveling companion needed a hotel close to the Columbus Convention Center for us to attend the National Quilting Assn's annual quilt show . The Crowne Plaza Columbus-Downtown was a perfect fit.--the Convention Center was across the street. The staff we encountered (valets, front desk personnel, housekeeping staff) were professional and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and quiet ; the beds were comfortable. Room had a small fridge that allowed us to keep beverages chilled--at no additional cost. We did not hear other guests while they were in the hallways or connecting rooms. Great restaurants are within walking distance.

A/C only works when you are in room. Took too long
