Great space for family.

Woodland Park was a great spot to access fun family activities. 4th of July fireworks were fantastic and we could view them at the end the room . Our3 year old twin grands loved all their sleeping options in the bunk bed room. Kitchen well supplied. Outdoor space and hot tub were great also!

Family fun in Woodland Park

Well it rained every day we were there. We were only able to use the hottub once. Despite the rain it was wonderful waking up to the low hanging clouds and fog everyday, along with the deer. The kitchen/dining was huge and great for board and card games. We also enjoyed the recreation center right down the street, great when you cant really enjoy the outside.

Perfect Family Getaway

we needed a place to stay with our daughters and their families that was close to our sons home in Woodland Park. This house was perfect! It was very clean, roomy, and had everything we needed. We would definitely Stay in this house again!

Peaceful

We had a very nice time. The house was spacious and clean. Had everything we needed for cooking and plenty of towels. The only thing is we couldn’t get the light to turn on over the dining table.

Wonderful property

This was an amazing property! It was close enough to “all the things” yet far enough away where you felt secluded. The ability to use the washer and dryer was a life saver as three pre-teen kids enjoyed the hot tub regularly. I would book this place again.

Nice location

We enjoyed the location, it was in a quiet neighborhood, but close to stores for groceries and necessities. There is no air conditioning, as stated in the listing, which can be uncomfortable when the weather is warner as the home does get warm. There were 4 fans throughout the house, that do help. The house served our needs.

Perfect location

This is the perfect location when’s your goals are to see Garden of the Gods, Cliff dwellings, Pikes Peak, and Mt. Princeton hot springs. There is a grocery store nearby with lots of restaurants. I’m so glad I chose this place vs. staying at a home in Colorado Springs. The hot tub and the kitchen windows has a view of Pikes Peak which was really cool. The neighborhood was quiet. Large kitchen allowed us to cook every meal we wanted. Very cozy with a nice lay out. Kid friendly with toys already there. The washer and dryer were awesome too. Woodland Park got snow when Colorado Springs did not. This was magical over the holidays.

Clean comfortable 4 bedroom.

Four ladies from Colorado Springs attending a local conference. We used & enjoyed the very large kitchen, which is equipped with everything you could need. The cleanliness was such a plus!!! It was easy to relax because of it. Only one drawback was the size of the main floor shower. Add another foot or two into the closet next to it and it would make a world of difference. We definitely would rent this house again and again.

Good get-away

Location was very good. House was perfect for my family. We have three boys ranging from 4 years old to 16 years old. The entire family enjoyed the property. Highlights were that everyone got their own bedroom AND the hot tub was an excellent way to end each day. Overall the house was clean, didn't really have any complaints about that. The only minor concern is that for the price I thought the house would have been a little bit newer, but overall, it was a perfect fit for our family.

Fabulous Girls trip

We stayed at this home for a girls trip. 5 women, and we were very comfortable with lots of sleeping options. Even the bunks were very comfortable! The views from this property are spectacular and the outdoor space has a lot of room! We would definitely stay again!

The place was super clean, really well organized, neighborhood was really quiet, it was very peaceful and we loved the hot tub. One of the reasons I picked this place was the garage with room for two cars but there were construction materials on one side so there was only room for one car in there.

Woodland Park stay

We enjoyed our stay here. It was close to many sights, spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was a treat every evening after touring all day. Beautiful back yard! Our one suggestion is to update the Queen beds, as they were too firm for our comfort. But overall, a great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Very clean home, fun things for kids (big stuffed animals, a play hut, other fun toys), great open kitchen. And the outside space was great! We loved all the outdoor seating, the hot tub, the hammock, and the view from the outdoor swing was so neat! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and comfortable home

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is roomy and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals, including spices. Beautiful setting, with deer coming right up to the dining room window. Stores are close by. The only thing I would request is clocks in the bedrooms for the nightstands. We will definitely rent the house again when we visit our daughter.

Well equipped cozy house

We had a lovely stay at this home in Woodland Park. The house is well stocked, clean, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the outside area, well appointed kitchen, and bedrooms with curtains. Would happily stay here again!
