Coco Sands Studio #1

Studio #1 is a cozy and bright studio just south of Downtown Cocoa Beach. 1 Queen bed at the back of the studio, with open living and kitchen area up front. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, sink, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, and utensils. Adjacent to the bed is the bathroom complete with tub and shower, soap, shampoo, conditioner, vanity, sink, and toilet. Plenty of space for two adults. Living area has a pullout sofa with Queen bed as well! Ideal for families of 4 or less. Towels and linens provided, beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys are available for free shared used among our guests! Outdoor patio area with umbrellas, shared loungers, as well as coin operated laundry onsite.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and local meal delivery service. Housekeeping is available on request.

Fixed problem

When we checked in the property had not been clean, but this was corrected immediately by the property manager. We were quickly given another unit and (without asking) were given a refund for our first night. Anybody can make a mistake. The way this was handled was excellent. These are the kind of people you want to deal with.

A short but peaceful stay in Cocoa Sands

The property was very clean and appeared well kept. Accommodations were quaint and comfortable and it was very nice that it was pet friendly so we could bring our dog with us. We had a little trouble with the door lock but the property manager was very responsive and took care of the issue immediately. Thanks for the stay.

Charming studio cottage near the beach

We fell in love with the studio as soon as we walked in the door. We arrived late at night and the owner had the light on to help us find our way. The place is even more cute in person. We had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. The studio was very clean and comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach which we enjoyed daily. If we are in the area again we would definitely stay here again.

Great getaway for a great price!

Being originally from Oklahoma, this was our first vacation to Cocoa Beach and we couldn’t have had a better time! Coco Sands was even cuter than the pictures listed! We arrived to a super clean and quiet location. We were within a little jog to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with supplies to cook with, which was awesome! We had a great time! We’ll definitely be staying at Coco Sands again!
