Loved the location

I enjoyed my stay. Lisa was responsive to any questions. The place is minutes to places to eat and a block from the beach. The bus was also easy to access. Rather than drive to Cocoa Village I took the bus! Just something different to do.. I am sure you will enjoy your future stay!

Exactly What I Needed

I was traveling for work at the local hospital and needed a long term rental. The description is accurate. The unit is comfortable and met all of my needs becoming my home away from home. Everything I needed to prepare a home cooked meal was available. The unit was clean with no issues with plumbing and had plenty of hot water. Outside of the unit is kept tidy and manicured with easy access to garbage bins and coin washer/dryer. This unit is within walking distance to many beach spots making this location ideal for either vacation or travel nurses with an assignment at Cape Canaveral Hospital. I would absolutely rent this unit again if my work brings me back in this direction.
