Within walking distance to many great restaurants with just a short drive from Flagler Ave. Located near 27th avenue park, walking distance to some of NSB’s popular hometown restaurants and just minutes away from Flagler Avenue & Canal Street! There is parking in the front and an overflow parking across the street which can accommodate your trailer or boat, parking is first come first serve with appropriate parking pass. New Smyrna Beach is known for its small town character and family atmosphere. Dirty. Building rundown. Damaged on beach front. Parking was a joke. No spots because never monitored and beach goers took most spots. Complained. Nobody cared.

We stayed in a different unit that we signed up for through VRBO as we were dealing with a real estate person and not an owner. Our replacement unit was not in a good location in the building. The furniture was sparse and deck furniture all rusted. Pool and beach areas were wonderful.
