Pets are allowed, as we are pet lovers ourselves. A $200 pet deposit is required, $50 goes towards the pet's stay, and if no mess is left behind, $150 is refunded to your credit card on file. Please let us know you are bringing a pet/pets in advance.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75 and late check-out fee is $75. It is only granted upon availability which is confirmed prior to the payment request. Payment request have to be made upon confirmation of the availability or else the request to housekeeping team will not be submitted. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out

CHECKOUT DUTIES: when possible, if you could start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash area and start a load in dishwasher. It is the request asked by my cleaning team and they appreciate it immensely. With CDC new guidelines, which we follow, they have a lot more duties to complete, this helps them to be timely for everyone. Thank you so much!

Great host, spacious property
We were very pleased with our stay at this house. The host is very good communication and follow up with their guests to make sure everything is to standard. We enjoyed the house, very nice setting and plenty of room for our team working in the area. Would definitely book with Rita again!
