This spot is definitely considered one of the best locations in the city.
The Space:
Take the elevator, and welcome yourself to this freshly renovated condo featuring:
* King-Size bed with super comfy mattress in master en-suite
* Queen-Size bed with super comfy mattress
* 2 full bathrooms with towels & body wash, shampoo, conditioner.
* Full kitchen and utensils/pots/pans/dinnerware/glasses
* Large, comfortable sofa in Living Room
* North Facing Windows with spectacular views of Lake Erie to enjoy when sitting down for your morning coffee or at night with a glass of wine.
* Rooftop access (shared with building)
* Work station desk
Guest Access:
There is one flight of stairs to climb when first entering the building, after that you can take the elevator to the loft. Parking is not included, however there is a lot directly next to the building that charges $6 per day. Entire space plus gym are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

STEPS: There is a staircase in the front of the common area of the apartment building (about 12 steps), one flight of stairs to the elevator which will take you to the 4th floor.
