Private bedroom and separate bathroom within a lovely pool home. Shared living spaces include the kitchen, dining area, den, pool/sun room and of course the pool! Easy parking. Access to all amenities. This room is equipped with an extremely comfortable and brand new king sized mattress. Fresh towels are always readily available. Large fully stocked kitchen with all amenities, including comfy bench seating, stove, oven, pressure cooker and dishwasher. The home is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Beautiful fireplace in the living room. Ceiling fans in the bedroom & bathroom. Large closet space. The bathroom has a shower, tub & new granite sink. Amenities included: updated kitchen, updated bathroom, storage, yard, pool, laundry, central air & heat. Feel free to inquire.
Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a kitchen, a washing machine, and a fireplace.
