Catch the wave at this pet friendly cabin in the heart of Chincoteague. Within walking distance and biking distance of most everything! Enjoy peaceful evenings on the porch or walk to an island restaurant for the catch of the day! While you’re out, stop by the eclectic shops filled with local art.or go see the famous ponies! Biking distance to the beach or get your OSV pass and
drive right up to the waves! So much to see and do here on Chincoteague! …or do nothing at all (we won’t tell!)

NO SMOKING POLICY STRICTLY ENFORCED! Property is NOT child or baby-proof in ANY way. There are steps leading to a loft with railing. There is a porch with no railing. Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injury, or death.

The property is a cottage surrounded by woods. We do have a bug service, but cannot guarantee a bug will not get into the house. We have left a can of spray under the kitchen sink for your use but accept NO responsibility for its use or misuse, including as it pertains to children.

Guest accepts all liability and risk in the use of the property, including but not limited to the above.

Adorable and spacious house in close proximity to everything. Our kids had a great time and we plan to visit again! If you’re planning a stay in Chincoteague, you can’t go wrong with this property.

Friends weekend

The property was very interesting to us with all the different paintings on the walls and some of the doors. We enjoyed playing air hockey, pool and checkers. We also enjoyed the fire pit. We had a great time.

Great location, plenty of gathering areas

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, just a short bike ride to main streets for restaurants and ice cream. The house provided several seating/gathering areas, especially enjoyed the sunny seating room in the front in the morning and the kids loved the air hockey table, a bonus! Mia was responsive to all my many questions and very helpful. The only negative was there wasn't a toaster or a ground coffee type coffee pot (there is a Keurig with pods) but we easily made it work. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!
