Le logement est proche du centre, propre et cela correspondait bien à l’annonce. Attention toutefois au bruit de la autoroute proche.

I was so happy when I arrived, great location, very clean and the ease and security was wonderful! Unfortunately during my stay the water heater died. One night I didn’t have hot water and the next morning I say them carrying the water heater out of the building. This was definitely distressing seeing as I was on a work trip. Despite the inconvenience I had a great stay and 747 lofts did make it right for me.

Not bad. Parking around the area wasn't easy, but the location itself was close enough to downtown to be walkable. I would stay again if I were in the area.

One block away from the subway entrance. Very clean. Everything I needed for my trip. I just wish the TV was on a swivel so I could watch it easier from bed. Would stay there again.

A decent place for stay near Chicago Loop.

Overall experience is pretty good. The instructions to access the unit is clear and self explanatory and I can get to the place without much problem. The thing I like most is the location. It is very conveniently located and is close to blue line subway which takes only 10-15 minutes to downtown. Bus is also very accessible and friendly. The conditions of the room is very decent and most of the things are in good conditions. The only few things I may have slight issue are: 1) the premise is close to the fire station and the siren is noticeable in the unit from time to time. 2) some smell in the washing machine closet. I didn't try to find out why is that so.

I booked this with the assumption parking was included as it states in the description. When I learned the nearest parking was paid and at least a half mile away, I attempted to cancel but I was too late. I did not want to walk a half mile with luggage. The paid parking also had no guarantee of availability. There was also a fee of $289 added but it didn’t say what it was for. I disputed with my credit card citing the false advertising of the parking and the room rate but they found in the merchant’s favor. I can’t find a way to contact the merchant directly to let them know I never actually stayed there and would like at least a partial refund. Please state the actual room rate and don’t say parking is included. Included implies onsite. The room rate was listed at $80 per night but I was charged $544 for 2 nights. I would not have booked if I knew about the fees and the parking situation.
