Enjoyable

When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by a very enthusiastic front desk staff (Michael & Cynthia). They were able to switch my room type from a king room to 2 queens, which was appreciated very much. The room was spacious and VERY clean. I received a text, after we were able to settle in, from the front desk staff to make sure our room was acceptable and to let them know if they could assist with any requests. They gave some restaurant recommendations close by and we took their advice. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices and plenty of tables/chairs to accommodate a full hotel. I would 100 percent return to this location and highly recommended it. It’s a “new” hotel as it’s only been open for 5 months (we asked). Hopefully, the quality of service and the cleanliness is maintained!

The hotel was new, therefore very clean. The staff were outstanding and friendly. The room was quiet.The breakfast in the morning had a very good assortment. It was close to Rush University, Hospital, andmedicalCollege. I would highly recommend, and would stay there again.

Sought out manager to compliment him about out thoughts and observations of this Hotel. Excellent, prompt and friendly service. Room was clean and amenities were great. Breakfast had an assortment of items in a comfortable and well designed area. Fitness center was larger than most with a variety of equipment. Pool and area was well cared for.
