Great Getaway

The backyard was beautiful and the view from the front porch is spectacular. I know it’s close to The Venue but we stayed during the week and it was quiet and beautiful and we had a great stay! The couch is super comfy!

Good place for convenience to Chattanooga area attractions. Comfortable accommodations. Not an attractive neighborhood but no issues and the inside of the house was good.

Nice stay for a Chattanooga visit

With a bit more attention to indoor decor and a better stocked kitchen, this place would be fabulous. As it was, we struggled to find enough wine glasses and the cookware was limited, at best. The dining room table was VERY small, so accommodating 6 was a challenge. The space overall worked well for our family, and we enjoyed the outdoor firepit. We were close to all the things we wanted to see in Chattanooga which was a plus.

My daughter was married at the venue. Staying at this house made things so easy for getting ready for the event, or running back over to the house for things we forgot. Sitting around the fire-pit to relax afterwards was a plus. It was also a great location for going downtown to all the wonderful places to eat and visit. I could not have ask for a better spot.

Great spot

Cute house across the street from the Black Creek neighborhood, which was great for us! It’s a little further from downtown and the traffic can be tricky, but overall, easy and positive experience, and I would stay here again

Perfect!

Booked both properties for family attending a wedding at The Venue. Stayed there by myself and also with family and felt very secure. Busy adjacent street on the weekdays but quiet at night and on the weekend. Great backyard with rocks for children to have fun on. Easy, short walk to The Venue. Well-maintained inside. Would stay there again.

Perfect Family Getaway

This house did not disappoint. The backyard was full of character…rocks and woods and a fire pit. The house faced a Mountain View and a ten minute walk lead us to a nice hike into to mountains with our dogs. The location is perfect. You had the feel of being away from it all, yet downtown Chattanooga is just 6 miles away. The house was equipped with everything you need. Even a blender! The layout was good to give our young adult kids privacy upstairs while our bedroom was downstairs. Internet worked great. YouTube TV and prime video provides great TV. The owners were extremely nice. One heads up is the place is difficult to find with just a GPS. Get directions from the owner before you go.

Perfect for our family

We were in town to cheer on a participant in the 1/2 Ironman and this property was the perfect place for us to stay. It was clean, well stocked and close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Family long weekend get together

Overall a wonderful experience 4.5 Wonderful location. Nice new home. Only 2 negatives keeping this rating from being a 5. 1. Inadequate seating. There is not a single chair in the house (there are 3 bar stools downstairs). There also is not dinning area table (there is a small child size table and 2 benches) 2. The TV set up is frustrating. (Our four adults could not master the controller. We ended up watching SEC football on our iPad.when if fact the key games were on CBS.
