Perfectly located in a central area, you're just minutes away from local universities, biking trails, and wineries.
Whether you're here for a relaxing retreat or to explore the natural beauty and local attractions, this charming space is your ideal home base.

Enjoy our cozy studio above our two car garage. It has its own entrance around back with a large side yard. There is one flight of stairs up to the studio. Full bed with newer hybrid mattress. We have a roll out bed. It's slightly smaller than a twin. There is a small fee for the extra guest.

No baby gate on stairs, so not set up for small children.

The studio and garage are attached by a wing to the historic Eppes House built in 1797. The studio was built about 15 years ago.
Please be mindful that there may be other guest in the main home. Because of the wing its unlikely that you will hear each other. If you are looking for more space be sure to check out that listing.

We are out in the country but there will be some noise from the road. You might even hear the horses
and buggies going down the road, especially on the weekends.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker.
