Relax in the outdoor living space, complete with an outdoor dining area and lounge, and take in the breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains. With a washer and dryer, tankless hot water, and triple filtered water faucet, you'll feel right at home. Plus, enjoy access to two brand-new mountain bikes and a video game station for endless entertainment.

We have added a new 600sq/ft outdoor patio with mountain and lake views complete with outdoor dining area, outdoor sofas with patio umbrellas and lounge chairs to sit out and enjoy the fantastic weather morning, noon or night on the roof top of the guest house.

We have just added 2 brand-new high-end mountain bikes exclusively for our guests to use while they stay on property. Both 26" and 29" bikes so you can enjoy a fantastic bike ride exploring the Lake Chapala area provided free when you stay with us. Just for fun we have installed a Video game stick on the living room TV that has 20,000 of the best games for you to enjoy!
