It is decorated with noble materials (Aosta granite and Jura wood) and with quality services, is composed of 4 bedrooms on 3 levels, ideal for 8 people (4 adults and 4 children / adolescents).
Very bright, opening onto a lounge, SAM with modern American kitchen opening onto a terrace in the sun with magnificent views of Mont-Blanc and Aiguille du Midi.


Ground floor: living room - kitchen with a terrace, renovated in 2019, in the sun allowing meals to be taken outside. 1 toilet with hand basin.
Level 1: 2 bedrooms with double bed (160), one with a view of Mont-blanc and Aiguille du Midi with balcony. 1 bathroom with American shower, 1 shower room with Italian shower, 1 toilet.
Level 2: 2 open bedrooms with 4 single beds (1 + 3) in the attic (mansard roof) for children over 5 years old or adolescents.

1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Ski / boot storage.
Outdoor parking space. Semi-detached chalet in residence.
The accommodation includes household linen and exit cleaning. Beds are made upon arrival. Possibility to rent a BB bed for 20 euros with mattress and sheets.

One car can be parked in front of the chalet. It is a dividing chalet in a residence.
The chalet provides bed sheets, towels and the cleaning of the chalet at the end of your stay. Beds are set up before arrival. Possibility to rent a baby bed with mattress ans sheets.

Perfect location

Les Praz is our favorite place to stay when visiting Chamonix. 15min walk to the Cham market on Saturday. 50m from town epicerie and Petit Social cafe. 2 min walk to La Flegere lift makes it ideal for access. Kitchen well equipped and 2 bedrooms are ideal. Top loft and attic cramped, but ok for temporary guests or kids. I would stay here again.

Great chalet, clean and tidy. All the facilities that are needed for a self-catering holiday. Two great sized double bedrooms and two small rooms in the eaves that don't have doors. Didn't bother us but could be an issue for some guests. Overall a wonderful stay.

Un excellent séjour

Tout est ultra fonctionnel dans cet appartement cosy, chaleureux et dans lequel on trouve vite ses marques. Accueil parfait et arrangeant de Sebastien, petite surprise de bienvenue dans le frigo, toujours appréciable. Des rangements pour ne pas laisser traîner les valises et ranger les affaires, une buanderie, deux salles de bain dont une vraiment grande, petite terrasse sympathique, et un calme garanti pour les nuits ! Idéalement placé aux Praz, avec la charmante promenade le long de l'Arve pour arriver à Chamonix ou le bus à deux pas. Bref, super séjour, deux familles heureuses de se retrouver là bas et dans cet appartement. Merci Leslie !

Chalet très agréable et bien équipé, on s'y sent bien ! Très bon emplacement. A noter que la/les chambres du haut sont vraiment sous les toits, un peu juste pour les grands gaillards mais on y passe pas beaucoup de temps.

Charmant Chalet mitoyen proche de toutes les commodités et tres bien équipé

Nous étions les 1ers occupants après la rénovation et nous n’avons pas été déçus. Le chalet est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, mix de moderne et d’authentique, très bien équipé (vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine mais aussi bois pour la cheminée, luge...). La pièce de vie est très agréable, les 2 chambres principales sont spacieuses et avec salles de bains attenantes très agréables. À proximité : commerces, restaurants, téléphérique de la Flegere, chemin de randonnée longeant l’Arve (Vers Chamonix et Argentiere) et bus gratuit. On peut presque se passer de la voiture. De plus, accueil très agréable par une concierge et petits cadeaux de bienvenue. 2 tout petiits bémol : le chalet étant mitoyen, on peut parfois entendre la musique des voisins....et si fortes chutes de neige, il peut être compliqué de se garer devant le garage mais nombreuses places de parking à proximité.
