The site has 1 main house on the top with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and 1 bathroom.
Another separate bedroom on the top with 1 bathroom (the bathroom is next door, not a suite).
Chalezinho in the lower part, next to the leisure area, with 1 suite.
All rooms have a double bed, accommodating 10 people in total.
There are 2 sofas and 1 retractable armchair to accommodate extra people, plus 2 single mattresses.
In the leisure area there is covered barbecue, swimming pool with waterfall, large trampoline, swing, soccer field / volleyball lawn, pool table (small bar), lake and support house with large kitchen equipped with all utensils, living room with TV and bathroom.
The site also has wi-fi, subscription TV and homemade on site.
In addition to the house of the recreation area, there is TV in the extra bedroom at the top, in the little house and in the main house room, all with pay TV as well.
Wonderful place with lots of green, trees, vegetable garden, chicken coop and very clean and well maintained. It is often frequented by the family and rented occasionally.

Adoramos a estadia. O sítio é simples, mas de muito bom gosto e conforto. A sede e parte da piscina são excepcionais, muito boa para uma família de 5 pessoas + um casal ficarem bem acomodados.
Carla e is caseiros muito solicitos e alegres em atender.

Boa tarde!!
infelizmente não foi muito boa , primeiro que área de lazer não tem , só piscina,
mesa de sinuca sem bolas, cama elástica com problemas soltando as molas inclusive quase causou um acidente. Chuveiros péssimos mau sai água , limpeza ruim antes de usar tivemos de fazer uma bela faxina inclusive se não tivesse levados produtos de limpeza tipo detergentes e desinfetantes ,pano de chão teríamos de ficar na sujeira , pois não tivemos assistência dos caseiros. Ainda bem que somos um grupo que mesmos com os problemas nos divertimos. falta iluminação nas áreas comuns tipo campo e em volta da piscina .
espero que os proprietários faça algumas mudanças para melhor atender seus locatários.
mesmo que seja eventual como os mesmos me falaram.

O lugar e muito bonito com muito verde, ideal para descansar. Sem sinal de celular, mas a casa tem wifi que funciona muito bem. A casa e super arrumada e os utensílios atendem muito bem. Parabéns Carla! O lugar é melhor do que as fotos representam!

A chácara é perfeita. Tivemos um natal incrível e tranquilo em família.
A Carla manteve contato por whats durante nossa estadia, auxiliando com tudo o que precisamos. Nem parece casa de locação. Parece mais que a família usa, tamanha perfeição. Tivemos um problema na estrada (havia chovido nos dias anteriores e a estrada estava derrapando, o carro atolou), mas os moradores locais nos ajudaram. Aconselho solicitar dicas com a Carla para pegar um caminho alternativo, caso tenha chovido. Pegamos as dicas pra voltar e foi tudo tranquilo. Não esqueçam do repelente. Estarão no meio da natureza. Se procuram um lugar pra relaxar, esquecer dos problemas e Ainda comer uma fruta tirada do pé ou temperar uma comida com temperos da horta, achou o lugar. Ahhh e Ainda tem Wi-Fi caso não queira ficar 100% desconectado. Além de tudo isso Ainda pudemos levar nossos dogs que amaram o lugar.
