Sleeps 18+, has 4.5 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 3 living rooms, 2 decks, 3 private balconies, 2 screened covered porches, outdoor BBQ, gentle sidewalk to dock. Dock has open 12x32 slip, swim platform, and high dive. Has a large driveway to park 8 cars & a basketball hoop.

8 miles to Camdenton Walmart, 8 miles to The Cave Bar & Grill by car & 1 miles by water.

Must be 25 years or older to rent, no exceptions.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping on the property.

No pets.

We supply bath towels, linens, toilet paper, hand soaps, dish soaps, and laundry detergent.

There are 3 security cameras on the property - one at the front door, one at the garage doors facing the driveway, & one on the house facing the dock.
