The condo is located on the 6th floor, which provides unparrelled views of the Sea of Cortez from the downtown San Lucas area all out to the shoreline of the cooridor.
The condo offers a great layout that provides an amazing view of the ocean when you walk inside. You will see ocean views from every room- kitchen, living room, and bedroom! It can not get better than this! You will have a full size kitchen with all the proper utensils and pots and pans needed for those that love to cook at home. There is enough dining table seating for those that may want to invite a couple over for dinner. There is a brand new 32 inch smart TV available in the living room for those that want to relax and watch a good movie at the end of the day.
The terrace provides a combination of loungers for laying out and relaxing and a table with chairs for those that love to have their morning coffee out on the terrace and watch the sun rise! Unbelievable views!
You have a private bedroom with ensuite bathroom that provides the perfect privacy. The bedroom offers black out curtains for those that wish to sleep in, in the morning. You have amble closet space as well with a safe if needed.
The community provides a swim up pool bar where you can order drinks and food and enjoy the sun or take back to the condo. You have access to loungers and tables and chairs at the pool area.
You will love the oasis feeling as you walk around the community, the gardens are just beautiful throughout the whole year!
