Waterfront Fun on Inks Lake

Inks Lake is is a Hill Country gem with its sparkling blue water, colorful rock outcrops and striking sunsets just an hour northwest of Austin. It’s well known for being less hurried and more peaceful with much less boat traffic than LBJ or Travis. Inks is a great lake for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, or just floating the day away! This cozy home is perfect for relaxing with your family, friends, or just for you to commune with nature. Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom retreat, totally remodeled and updated in Spring 2024. This welcoming house features a primary bedroom with a queen bed and 1 twin trundle, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a bunk room with two twin bunk beds, making a perfect getaway for your family or friends.

The home is ready to go with all kitchen supplies, bed linens, towels, soap and much more. Just walk in and relax! A boat slip with 6,500lb lift, capable of lifting a 23’ wakesurf boat, and 2 jet ski lifts are available for a fee. Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you would like to use this. Propane for the gas grill is provided, but we do not provide firewood for the the lakeside fire pit.

Enjoy amenities like kayaks, paddleboards, lawn games, and a spacious patio and fire pit by the water during your stay. Then, fireside chats and amazing stargazing await once the sun goes down. You're sure to make fantastic memories!

Early or late check-out fee: $20 per hour, must be approved prior to check-in.

Boat slip/lift fee: $25 per day
Jet Ski lifts: $20 per day for both

Amazing stay

We had a quick weekend stay and we wished we could have stayed longer. The house has plenty of space. Very clean. Plenty of towels and bedding. Kitchen was stocked. We loved the spacious backyard. They have plenty of kayaks and paddle boards, paddles, and life jackets. The fire pit was great to make our s’more’s! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Serene Lake Front

Well maintained and comfortable place to stay! Beautiful sunrises and an awesome lakeside fire pit. We were able to paddle board on the lake in November! Very close to Longhorn Caverns. It was fun to watch the deer and resident geese. Kitchen is well stocked and outdoor patio BBQ. We will plan on reserving this place again!
