Great Price and Location But a Little Rough Around the Edges
Simply put, our trip was pleasant and this unit provided excellent access to skiing at Breckenridge as well as restaurants on Main Street for a very good price. The unit itself left a little bit to be desired. There is a big rug in the main room that has big permanent wrinkles in it, which for other people could be a potential tripping hazard. The main door to the condo drags along the carpet and was accidentally left open a couple of times by different people in our party. There were a few other small things like the shower curtains being poorly attached to the rod, but those were easier to overlook. With just a little effort, this rental could be excellent because the location is that good, but as it is, I have to rate it as 4 stars instead of 5.

Close to lift
We had a great trip to Breckenridge. The location of 1215 was perfect. Less than a five minute walk in ski boots to the Quicksilver lift, it was equally close to shopping and restaurants. Shout-out to Mi Casa for a great after-skiing dinner and to the pizza joint across the Main Street entrance for the late-night hours, the NJ-style pizza, and the recommendation for Avalanche beer made in Breck. The unit itself was nice. The kitchen had decent cookware. We really only did eggs and bacon for breakfast since we were on the slopes during lunch and wanted to go out for dinner. There were a couple of things in the unit that didn't warrant a 5 rating such as some frayed carpet by the kitchen tile and a towel rack hanging by the last thread of a screw, but we had plenty of tv's to enjoy some of the NCAA tourney in front of a fireplace, and the condo was super close to the hot tubs and pools, which were heated and amazing after a day of skiing. The garage really needs better signage as it was frustrating to find our elevator, but once we did (after a half hour discovering we were in the wrong building then trekking our luggage outside through a neighboring hotel then back to our lobby for a better explanation) it was a straight shot up to our room. Overall, though, it was a great experience. Location makes this an excellent choice. We've never done a ski in/ski out, and we may not go back beacuase of the convenience.
Just wish we had more time to enjoy the condo/mountain.

Worst rental ever
This is the most run down and most poorly maintained unit I’ve eve encountered. We have stayed in rentals around the world as at this facility in different units multiple times in the past and this was extremely overpriced for the horrid quality. Owners have done nothing to repair or maintain the unit. Multiple broken amenities, awful furniture and bedding, broken outlets and lamps, dripping fridge and broken bathroom fans. Worst of all they attempted to repair the broken carpet with staples and making tape that poked through the tape and hurt your feet anytime you stepped on it.
I reached out to customer service via Vacasca multiple times and never received any resolution or actual support.
Do not stay here. It’s awful and we hated every part of it (& I never complain and never write anything but rave reviews)

Love the location, but the kitchen is inadequately stocked
We like to cook all meals when we rent. While there were plenty of plates, cups, silverware, there were no cookie sheets, pans were very low grad, house needs updated for the rates paid.

Outdated, misleading, less available amenities than most
My family and I have stayed in a number of VRBO type properties and have for several years. This property had the least amount of helpful items (even from years ago when VRBO's were new) than the other properties we have stayed in. Things such as spices in the cabinets, laundry detergent or fabric softener, and trash bags. These are things that when you are renting a place for 8 days, you shouldn't have to pack for especially in a ski town. The price certainly didn't match the value of what you get when you stay.
Breck is a great ski town. We skied, cross country skied, and explored the whole town. We've been there before and enjoyed our time and we will be there again, but we won't be staying at this property again.
