Nice place but a few problems

It was very cute and comfortable, beds were great, and the location was perfect. We did have a few issues. The air conditioning wasn’t working. Luckily it wasn’t too hot out so it was tolerable. 2 of the 3 tvs didn’t work and with 3 kids on vacation that was pretty annoying. Was told they couldn’t get anyone out to fix the problems so we were offered a 50 dollar credit.

It’s a very nice cozy little place that sits about 5-7 minutes from the main strip in Branson. The bedrooms were spaced out nicely which was a plus since my daughter and her friend were in one room and tend to be loud with all the giggles. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Not much support

Had a tv sound issues. Talked with property manager. She tried for 30 plus minutes to fix. I finally said, i am on vacation, just fix it. She said ok, nothing was done. Not good customer service. Be ware. This was also on anoter guests review.

Short but not bad

The condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We only stayed one night because the A/C broke but after communicating with the leasing company we were able to get moved. The location of this property was perfect. The neighbors were great also. The couches were really nice after a long day on the Harley’s. The coffee maker doesn’t work correctly but that’s really the only complaint we have.

Perfect Spot

Stayed here for 4-5 days as a getaway for the Mrs and me. Positioned perfectly off the main drag about a half mile. Quick trip to any shows or shops you may want to visit. Extremely comfortable unit that was very clean upon arrival. Couple of really small items that could probably use a little fixing but nothing that would deter anyone from a relaxing trip. Beds comfortable and plenty of lounging area. We especially enjoyed the patio setup for relaxing each evening. Have stayed at 3 different vrbo properties in the last few years and this was the nicest. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice condo

We have stayed here with family 2 separate times this year. We loved both times. The condos are very nice and clean and we like the location and feel very safe here. Will definitely stay here again with family next year as long as the price is right.

Summer 2023 Branson Trip

We have always been able to check in early to our rental. This was the first time we didn’t get in until 4:00. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. We liked the washer/dryer unit. This unit had a lot of noise. The refrigerator’s Icemaker made a loud clanking sound. Also, the owner’s suite was noisy when the air conditioning came on vibrating wall so much it woke me up. The televisions in both bedrooms worked fine. However, the TV in the living room didn’t have very many channels. The stool in the owner’s suite wouldn’t fill up and my husband would have to manually get it fill to be able to flush. The stool in the other bedroom worked fine. We contacted the number in the condo to fix our stool but they texted back and said they no longer serviced our condo. We finally contacted Brandon from VRBO, he was a positive helpful young man who helped balance out the negative aspects of our stay.

Vacation

The property was clean, very well decorated and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was excellent. However, the ground floor apartment was really one level down and there were steps involved. It made it very difficult for us to bring in luggage and food especially if you’re a senior. Also, the front and back patio were dirty. The back patio was disappointing because it faced a road which we could not see in the pictures. Only one TV was working when we arrived. The on site manager was very quick to respond and took care of the problem. Despite these minor problems I highly recommend this property.

We could get to everything very easily! House was clean the blankets on couch could use some airy out ( a little dusty husband sneezed for 5 minutes! We had a little trouble locking door when we went out! Master it by time we left! 😂

September Vacation

We had a great time! The only thing I wish I would’ve got ground level! We don’t like stairs! The patio sliding door needs the lock fixed. Also make sure to tell people you have to push lock button after the code to get in. There was a roach crawling on table in living room so you might want to have the pest control come out but overall a great place and stay!

It was a great place for family

I had some concerns that need to be addressed the carpet in the living room connects to tile by the glass doors, the carpet nail strip is exposed, and two of us stepped on it barefoot. This is a safety issue that needs to be addressed. The condo has some updates but still showing some age. It was clean and comfortable.

We love our stay here. The only problem was it stated it was ground level. But you had to go up and down stairs. My husband had a really hard time. But other than that we really liked it.
