No TV for the first two days. Internet said it was upgrading. Carpeting main bedroom had big stains on it. They need to be take care of. Stool in master bedrooms bathroom was so low. You kind of fall into it. Not good for bad knees. Kitchen chairs, very low to the ground. Same thing not good for bad knees Whoever owns this place must be really short. Because I'm only 5'5 and I had issues with all the short chairs. No lounge chairs in pool area! no table in pool area. We had our drinks sitting on the concrete floor. There was some chairs, but we had to set our drinks beside our feet on the ground. And definitely need some yardwork. Change filter on the refrigerator light was on. And it would only make crushed ice. Could use a regular frying pan with a handle. Overall, it was a fairly clean place with just a few hiccups. But I would not stay here again.

Nice place close to the beach

It was a nice house close tonthe beach. The pool was nice. It was a little hard to unlock the front door but the side door was easy access.

If I were VRBO I would remove this property. There was a laundry list of issues (20) Upon arrival: full trash cans with flies/maggots outside, inside wasn’t precooled whatsoever, the floors were sticky and we couldn’t get the fans to work to help cool it down. There were multiple holes, cracks and stains throughout the home. Missing closet doors in both guest rooms. LIVE TERMITES w/1000s of wings. (There is a review LAST YEAR saying this was corrected…) Checked in Friday for a Fri-Sat full week stay. The pool wasn’t balanced, 0 chlorine, didn’t run, until late Tuesday! The pebbleTec wasnt sealed which caused injuries. No skimmer to collect the leaves.We just wanted a pool home with comfortable patio furniture and a recliner.. we didn’t get to use the pool for over 1/2 the trip, patio furniture had no cushions, and they removed the recliner. The TV in the master bedroom never connected to the Internet.We had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap and silverware because we couldn’t read the dishwasher and everything needed cleaning b4 use due to the termites. All the exterior in the backyard was NOT maintained. Just dirt, shell, and knee high grass surrounding the pool. If we would have had other options for the time period we chose, we would have left and went to another property. Contacted both Host and VRBO, both have open cases. Host offered almost laughable refund considering the extensive and completely detailed lists and photo proof.

Great Stay

Everything was clean and tidy. The house was very roomy. It had lots of things provided that I wasn't expecting. Ex. Hair dryers, plenty of towels, hand towels, dish soap, sponge, utensils and more. We enjoyed our stay. My son loved the pool and the ducks that visited it daily. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay in Bradenton, FL

April weather was perfect very low humidity and in the mid 80s. Beach close the drive down Cortez Rd to the beach is about 10 -15 minutes. Publix grocery store is less than 5 minutes away by car. The rental was very neat and clean no issues whatever, manager is very nice and pleasant, called back immediately to answer any questions.

Positive items - Kitchen and Bathroom finishes newer. Location to beaches and stores. Large rooms. Large driveway. Negative items - No pans & spatulas (had to purchase). No toaster. Fridge leaks water all over the floor. Pool never vacuumed. No lounge chairs. No outside table (had to purchase). No landscaping, rather dirt in back yard. Two abandoned sheds. Pool skimmer shredded. Would have skimmed pool but couldn’t. Two broken ceiling fans/lights. Stains in MB carpet. Crack in guest tub. Laundry in separate outdoor entered room. Washing machine leaks on floor. Exterior dilapidated and not painted. Closest filled with misc garbage and waste. Kitchen faucet broken. Fridge digital panel operation doesn’t work.

Not clean

There is a huge problem with termites. All drawers in the kitchen were full of wings and body core. Everything that we needed to use had to be washed. Try to use a knife from the knife block,That was eaten in the inside.There was no toiletries such as shampoo conditioner lack of toilet paper. A swimming pool but with no real furniture to sit out.No table to eat out grill was rusted in filthy. Holes in the walls in the living room and Rips in the furniture.

Spacious home, nice pool

This home was perfect for our girls weekend. The pool was clean and warm, we spent a lot of time outside using the pool- the only thing we would have liked is if the property had lounge pool chairs to lay out. The home inside was spacious, rooms were clean- we also loved all of the board games that were available as well as the foosball table. We would stay here again.

Nice Home

Overall - positive stay. It was clean. It was very convenient to IMG, which was the focus of our stay. There are grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Drive to beach was about 1/2 hour, little less to airport. Pool was nice after games! Three bedrooms with a solid amount of common space. Personally, it would have been nice to have more glasses and small plates in the kitchen, but when that’s the biggest issue… go ahead and book this house.

Weekend get away for soccer showcase

We wanted a reasonable priced place near the Premium Sports Complex in Lakewood and found this gem. The location is in an older part of town but the neighborhood was quite and conveniently located near super markets and other businesses. The beds were very comfortable. Th e only issues we ran into were finding the working light switches for the home and some broken closet doors in the spare bedrooms (that really were not needed). Overall it was a great place for three mothers to settle for the weekend trip!!

Home was clean and location was good.

The house was well located to the beaches and about 35 minutes to Bradenton Speedway. This is why we chose this house. Everything was clean and comfortable. There were a few things that I reported to the property manager because I didn’t want to get charged or blamed for something we didn’t do. Property needs a little attention but nothing bad, just routine maintenance and outside spruced up.

It served its purpose

This house was ok, place to stay, eat, and close to what we needed. Improvements could be made to electrical issues, loose toilet seat and patio landscaping. We are not picky people but do expect a clean and pleasant place to sleep. This met that criteria however small issues need to be addressed and this would have been a full 5 stars.

No hot water !

We only stayed one night because there was no hot water ! Sure we communicated, lots of phone tagging the first night back and forth to be texted at 11pm that the service technician would be there the next afternoon! We were there for a wedding and couldn’t get a decent shower! Idk you just assume the place has working facilities! Plus there were no toiletries in the bathrooms, and the pool was dirty. We didn’t use the pool , but it was a sore sight! And apparently I’m paying for the 2nd day even tho I left early the first morning bc I had to find a hot shower.
