Relax with the whole family at this peaceful property. 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, full kitchen and living room. Heated pool with huge screened pool patio and all essentials - outdoor dining, BBQ, lounge set with fire pit, sun loungers etc. Backyard features approximately 1 acre of land with a pond. Peaceful and quiet!

Prime location with easy access to:
- The most popular beaches - Anna Maria, Bradenton Beach & Lido Key are all about 13 miles away (20-30 min depending on the traffic), and Siesta Key is about 15 miles away (25-35 min);
- Shopping & dining - UTC mall & Shoppes at University Center are about 8 miles away (10-15 min), Sarasota Downton and Lakewood Ranch Downtown are about 9 miles away (15-20 min);
- Sports - IMG Academy is 7 miles away.

Full kitchen with pots/pans, glasses/cups, dinnerware, kitchen utensils, baking essentials, oil/vinegar, spices etc.

Perfect weekend getaway

This house is lovely! The pool was clean and warm. The house was clearly recently renovated and well kept. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!
