City is great with very nice people. Beware of annual college students move-in for new college year. Went to Cheers, of course, touristy with decent food. Was surprised how crowded some venues were.

overall great experience in a great location. Gym is superior

This hotel is next to the convention center and the wharf. There are a variety of restaurants in the immediate area and the major attractions in Boston are only a quick ride or walk away. The hotel has nicely renovated rooms and a staff that was accommodating and very nice!! I would definitely stay there anytime I am in Boston.

Room was quiet and spotless. Food in the restaurant was great and service was superb. Everyone was friendly and helpful!

Free to the hotel on the Silverline. Walking to Convention Center, World Trade Center and wonderful eating places. Staff was very accommodating.

Great place! Staff was super nice and helped us with any questions we had.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Clean and modern. Nice breakfast. Convenient to the subway/ airport. We would definitely come back and stay at this hotel!

Staff was extremely helpful & eager to please! Good food & drinks as well as a great fitness area! Would definitely return to this hotel!

Clean and modern rooms. Very nice hotel. Near the water and short walk to restaurants, Financial District, etc. Highly Recommended!

This hotel was perfect for our needs. Every hotel employee we met was helpful and friendly -- there are not enough positives to say about every staff person we encountered! (I am horrible with names but Van, Carl, Michael, Areeya, and Lauri -- to name a few -- made this a tremendous experience from booking to leaving.) The rooms were clean and comfortable; my husband particularly enjoyed the harborside view of our room. Other positives include the hotel-wide green initiatives and the rooftop beehives, as well as the no-tipping necessary policy. The on-site restaurant and the outdoor space on the plaza level are also enjoyable features of this property.

Within short distance to convention center. Bought a Charlie Card one week of use of subway for around 21$ Easy to use Subway to get to Green Line (Heath) to Boston Fine Arts Museum.

Loved the room service..house keeping...comfort is simply excellent

Gorgeous hotel. Excellent room. Friendly staff. Great location. Highly recommend!

We needed Hotel for one night between flights. Worked out perfectly. Had a tasty late dinner in the bar. Rooms very quiet, comfy beds, roomy bathroom, all good. My companion left her glasses and was thrilled with staff's follow through on finding them and offer to mail back to her. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

Staff is friendly and helpful-hotel is immaculate

comfortable and close to some fine restaurants with a great view of waterfront in Boston

Stay here pretty often and always have a very pleasant time.

Super experience. Great staff. Friendly and helpful. Room clean.

Our check in to the hotel was fast and efficient. Got a harbor view room, which was spectacular. Room was clean and well appointed. Bed comfortable and spacious bathroom with great products. Handy to many restaurants and sites. Took the Silver line to airport the next morning-station right across street. Convenient and comfy....what else could you want or need

Rooms were excellent and views not terrible. Location wise near lots of restaurants and a stroll from Quincey Market.
