Loved the room service..house keeping...comfort is simply excellent

Gorgeous hotel. Excellent room. Friendly staff. Great location. Highly recommend!

We needed Hotel for one night between flights. Worked out perfectly. Had a tasty late dinner in the bar. Rooms very quiet, comfy beds, roomy bathroom, all good. My companion left her glasses and was thrilled with staff's follow through on finding them and offer to mail back to her. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

Staff is friendly and helpful-hotel is immaculate

comfortable and close to some fine restaurants with a great view of waterfront in Boston

Stay here pretty often and always have a very pleasant time.

Super experience. Great staff. Friendly and helpful. Room clean.

Our check in to the hotel was fast and efficient. Got a harbor view room, which was spectacular. Room was clean and well appointed. Bed comfortable and spacious bathroom with great products. Handy to many restaurants and sites. Took the Silver line to airport the next morning-station right across street. Convenient and comfy....what else could you want or need

Rooms were excellent and views not terrible. Location wise near lots of restaurants and a stroll from Quincey Market.

Hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were quite lovely and spacious with many amenities; big bathroom with glass front shower, dryer, mini fridge, Keurig machine, large sitting area with desk and chair, great lighting, TV with many options. Very up-to-date technology wise. There was a workout area, pool, and hot tub, but we were too busy in the city. Two mile walk to the North End or about $10-12 taxi ride. MANY restaurants there and nearby. Within short walking distance to the Silver T line which takes you right into the city and from the airport. Children's Museum, Boston Tea Party Museum, Trade Center, ICA, and other great places all within an easy walking distance. Underground parking $35 per night. Great views from the hotel of area.

Beautiful hotel, right near the conference center. Also walking distance to historic sights and a number of great restaurants. The staff is incredibly friendly, accommodations very comfortable.

Very nice hotel, good location and great customer service.

Amazing staff, very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Perfect location

Always love to stay here when visiting Boston. It's convenient location with easy (and free) access from Logan airport via the Silver Line. It's also very close to the ferry launch.

Hotel and staff were nice. Disappointed that the pool was under maintenance. Overall, stay was nice.

This was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in across the board. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They are what they called a "full service" hotel which means that their service is included in the overall price and they don't accept tips. Their rooms are excellent and beds are super comfortable. The location is also great, right on the water by several harbors and activities.

Just returned from a 4 night vacation to Boston. Hotel was wonderful and a great location.

Beautiful spacious venue near Seaport restaurants with reasonable access to Downtown. Minutes from Boston Tea Party museum. Would recommend it highly. Room was great as well. The courteous staff with no tipping permitted was awesome. I left my bag at the concierge desk for 7 hours on the day of departure that allowed me to do additional sight seeing. The Silver line acces was great as well. South Station is only .9 miles away from the Hotel. Silver line also takes one to Logan airport Thanks again for a pleasant stay.

I stayed one night for a business conference. The check-in was quick, clean room, large TV, standard size. some rooms have nice view of the harbor. close to the conference center and financial district.
