Enjoy incredible beach views at this 2 bedroom 2 bath cozy condo! Birch Bay Beach is just steps away from this top floor condo. Take a lovely stroll or bike ride on the beach path and stop along the way for a drink or bite to eat at several great local spots. During your stay you will have access to the large indoor pool/clubhouse/game room. The open kitchen is well stocked to cook up a nice homemade meal. The cozy beds, fun reading/playing loft, thoughtful touches and the available games/movies are all favorite features. Eat, drink, play and relax on the the 2 patios/decks overlooking the beautiful bay.
We (Jon and Marci) hope to be able to share our happy place with you!
The condo is heated and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

The Beach!

This is the perfect place in the perfect location. What a beautiful area to explore. The check out was the easiest process at a vrbo yet. The hosts made sure we had what we needed and said they were available. Thank you!

A great stay and view. It would be nice to have real glasses and not just plastic, especially for a wine glass. Can’t beat the beach access. Definitely would consider going back.

Wonderful Stay!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The condo is beautiful with incredible views and has a great location right across from the beach and within walking distance of some great restaurants. Jon was a great host and communicated well. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Place

This was a perfect place to go for a little getaway. Perfect location, beautiful accommodations and the most amazing view. We probably had the best paddle boarding ever here. Would love to come back again soon.

Loved our location to beach and restaurants.

Came to birch bay for sandcastle festival. It was across the street and 1 block down from the condo! The layout worked well for us. Both couples had a deck area to use, great kitchen, well stocked and a dining room table which we used for a puzzle. The weather was perfect, and sandcastles were a blast. We enjoyed seeing all the families with their kids working together to create. Jon came to our rescue and replaced batteries in smoke alarms :)

Great little getaway

The condo was an excellent accommodation for this short stay at Birch Bay. We'd love to come back sometime for a longer stay, as the location is great, and the unit is well equipped. We enjoyed the view the bay from the living area and both decks and liked being able to walk across the road to sit on the beach. And we appreciated the convenience of having multiple food and beverage services within a short walk.

Great stay

I took my daughter for the weekend to celebrate her birthday. It was very relaxing, with many comforts of home and a super comfy bed! The information book was everything we needed. The location was close to many good places, beach walks, etc.
