First room wouldn't fit a rollaway as they had no cribs. Switch to a larger room with pull out sofa. TV had no power for cable box and didn't work. While desk was working on that we found a live BED BUG in the pull out sofa. Switched rooms AGAIN. 3rd room was finally decent. Overall a not pleasant experience.
Computer didnt want to take my credit card for incidentals. Had to get the key card re-keyed as it didnt work. Leaking roof into the hot tub and onto pool deck. Pool was very cold. Quiet, clean, food close by, breakfast was good.

The swimming pool water was unreasonably cold. The staff member handling the breakfast was also responsible for the front desk, therefore his priorities were split between replenishing the breakfast foods/supplies and answering the phone/checking guests out. Consequently, there were very long waits for eggs, sausages, and waffle batter.
