Rooms don’t like pictures on website

Slow check in. Room not ready for occupancy.

Staff was kool … my room had a makeup brush on the floor and grease on the headboard but other than that it was ok ..one other thing is I reserved with 4 ppl staying and they didn’t have enough towels for us all … we don’t like sharing washcloths lol…also I don’t like the hotel entrance (parking lot) … it’s so unsafe how you have to turn in and cross over so many lanes without getting hit from the back for stopping so soon after a stoplight !! But other than that life was good while we stayed !!

It’s ok but. The beds are not quite confortable. For longer stays than 1 day I suggest to invest in something better. The rugs have a smell like old stuff and breakfast is not as described(full breakfast) it actually is grab n’ go walmart fruits/cereal & muffin, so consider it to you’ll not receive some meal that got you full. I considered this option because in the ad says that Is available infant crib. And they do not provide it anymore. the elevator had some sound like old parts are wrecking but it works as it should.

Great location. The staff was really nice and helpful. My husband and I were there for 3 nights and housekeeping only came in once. If I would have known they weren’t coming in we would have hung up our towels to use again.

This hotel was filthy. Our room had mildew in the shower AND on most walls in the room, the carpet was sticky and there were holes in our ceiling. I would not recommend staying at this hotel

When we checked in we were required to pay a $100 security deposit which was supposed to be returned the next day as long as we didn’t trash the room. Never ever heard of this nor had this happen in my 20 years of traveling. Everything else was okay, just disappointed with their policy. That’s a lot of money for a security deposit.

Not living up to Best Western Plus name.

It was very nice, clean and quiet. I’ve stayed here before and this trip was better than the previous one.

This is a good place to stay, much nicer than other hotels in this price range. My room was neat, clean, and had everything for an overnight or even longer stay. At the time, some outside updating and construction was ongoing, but not inconvenient at all and will probably improve the property even more. When returning to this area, I'm looking here first.

Very close to I10 and easy to find!

Very nice hotel. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean.

Like: Rooms clean. Dislike: Young children running halls. Trash in ice machine areas. Breakfast buffet cancellation due to Covid was not listed on Orbitz website. Staff did have to go snack bags available.

The pool was nice. The beds were not comfortable.You could not get a hot breakfast because of the covid-19.
