First off, we loved this cabin as it is well stocked, beautifully decorated and felt like home. The property management had no confidence in the 4pm check-in time because guests were checking out that morning. We had to contact property management after check-in time, notify them that the place appeared to be vacant, they had to contact their cleaning and maintenance crew, and then they granted us access, while we sat in the car during a snow storm. The fridge's ice machine and filtered water were not working, and the expired filter light was on. We contacted property management right away, and had to contact them again the next day as nobody showed up during their promised timeframe of coming to inspect it. A maintenance guy finally showed up and we had to communicate with him via a Spanish-to-English translator App. He indicated that he would be back that evening with a new water filter. We never heard from him nor the property management office regarding this problem again. The only time we heard from property management again was when they started giving us check-out information four days later. Had the property management booked this property in a manner that they could confidently provide access to the cabin at the Listed check-in time, the ice and filtered water been working/addressed with feedback if there were complications, and been no lack of communication during the critical points mentioned in this review, this would have been a glowing 5-star review.
