The Space:
Charming terraced house with private garden and direct access to the community pool. From the terrace and the pool you have sea views.
The house is in a very nice residential area at the foot of the Cumbre del Sol.
It has 1 living-dining room (with heating and air conditioning, open fireplace) and American kitchen (with dishwasher), 2 bedrooms (each with air conditioning), 1 bathroom.
Grill and Internet are available to tenants.
A small dog (up to 10 kg and more than 1 year old) is allowed on request.

Various beaches can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Restaurant within walking distance, supermarket 1.4 km.
