Would not stay their again. Their is much better quality and cheaper in Bangkok Rooms are dated. Lots of restaurants in the area, but you should ask for an itemised bill otherwise you will be ripped off. I was until I questioned the bill, then they gave me 100 Baht back.be careful!

Big quite rooms (if a bit dark and dated), very helpful staff and good location (opposite a 7-Eleven and close to the Sky train.) All this was outweighed by the bed bugs, ripped linen and ants in the room.

home away from home in bustling silom street bangkok close to sky train and day and night market. also walking distance to patpong street. convenience 24hr store on doorstep and good thai for and massages very close too. janitor helps with taxis and transport arrangements. you made to feel very welcome with good thai hospitality and service.

The hotel is dated and in need of some refurbishment to keep up with competition. The deluxe room was spacious & clean but it needed better lighting. The bed was hard which was Thai style I guess. Wifi was good.

Upon arrival at Silom City Hotel, a staff who introduced himself as “ Precy” courteously met us. While in the receiving area of the hotel, he gave us refreshing cold juice to drink. This time he opened a map highlighting some historical land marks and interesting places which tourists all over the world frequently visit. After that he accompanied us to our room which is at 601 (Level 6) where through its window (facing west), we can view some tall buildings notably the Silom Center, since the hotel is located near the business district/center of Silom and just walking distance from the hotel. The port for the popular tourist spot like Pharaya river is just reachable by foot or by a metered taxi or tuktuk and just 10 to 15 minutes from the hotel. The hotel is so clean, staff are so courteous and friendly, and it's really a place like home because we are so comfortable in our stay there. Because of this, we extended our stay for another 1 day and 1 night. Much to our eagerness to see the beauty of Thailand especially Bangkok, most of our pictures were taken during our tour so we failed to take pictures inside the hotel. But if given the chance again, we will stay still @ Silom City Hotel and for this time, will not miss the chance of taking pictures as sort of remembrance that we've been there...

Good and pleasant stay with friendly front desk staff to assist in the accommodation needs. The buffet breakfast is well presented and are just nice in term of choice. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable for a good night sleep. The hotel support staff is helpful and courteous. However the surrounding is less attractive as it is situated near a market and the hawker stalls along the road resulted in traffic congestion. Hence to walk to the main road is somewhat risky and you have to be aware of taxis, cars. motorcycles using the congested road. Because it is near the market it is always wet and dirty. But access to hawker foods and convenience store is easy. There are lots of local fruit stall for the visitors to choose from.

The location of the hotel was good, not directly on a caotic street but in a quiet area with a 7-eleven in front of it and close to the main Silom road. The room was clean and the staff very kind. I recommend this hotel to travelers.

I was happy to stay in hotel silom city. Very friendly, courteous and kind service. the hotel is very clean and charming I would recommend this hotel to other friends, family and friends. The hotel clerk was very friendly and the service was quick and my response was immediate Regards thank you

Faultless stay as usual highly recommended all staff friendly and helpful from arrival until departure. Great location on a quiet soi with 7/11 directly opposite and excellent traditional tha food available on next soi (approximately 50-75m from hotel entrance)

It was a nice stay. Amenities and food are good. We stayed for three days during April 2017. Metro stations are nearby. There is a good option for street food and fruits nearby. Staffs are friendly. Altogether we had a nice experience
