We enjoyed our stay. Good location, nice pool, amazing buffet breakfast. The rooms were nice and bathrooms were good. The service staff were disappointing. They did not answer any of our questions and most of them treated us as if we had snuck into the hotel and did not belong there. The welcome staff member was also not helpful, she handed us forms in Thai and told us to sign them without explaining them, she then rushed us into the elevator and said goodbye. We were expected to find our room and all the building facilities ourselves.

I like the service, people are really polite, the hotel is beautiful centrally located, the only thing that made me uncomfortable is that to go the skybar to take a picture you need to buy a drink if not they tell you to go and they even follow you to the door eventhough you are staying there but the rest is excellent

Everything,This was supposed to be a 5-star hotel, but once inside, the hygiene and maintenance were worse than a 3-star. The staff lied and even mocked us. It was truly the worst hotel experience. There were cockroaches in the room—I caught one crawling into my wallet. I almost ended up taking it home with me.

Lebau is going down fast. This is at best a 3.5 star. They have old unrenovated rooms, mold infested wood with ticks and I had bed bugs which they confirmed and had to change my room. I had to go to a doctor and seek help and missed 2 days in bed. Despite this, they did not want to refund me and only offered me a cheap dinner. I suggest you see the other reviews as the Hangover gimmick as this hotel tries to play their 5 stars due to that movie but in reality have no more money to upkeep this hotel. Nightmare stay - Thanks Lebua!
