The location was good, the facilities were fine. Housekeeping was very good. We were mostly very satisfied. However, our plastic key card was misplaced in the lobby and we were worried about our room security. The manager, Ms. Suwathanna, made a big deal about it, embarrassing us in front of other guests, taking up a lot of time and insisting we pay her one hundred baht fee in cash (they refused to charge it to our card or to our room). When I asked to see their policy on this fee they insisted it was an unwritten “internal” policy. We didn’t care about the money, but about the poor way they handled it and how they acted like we had to pay them a secret cash fee to keep out room safe. However, other than this ridiculous incident our stay ws nice.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to BTS skytrain and metro line to the airport. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The gym and pools are a plus! The hotel restaurant is open 24 hours and the food was delicious.
