New listing. Spacious, pristine, just renovated space. One bedroom, living room with pull out couch, full bath and kitchenette. Part of a large house, but private and self contained with its own entrance.
Close to Saratoga with its excellent restaurants, shopping, race track, casino, Performing Arts Center, national park, historic charm and Skidmore College.
10 minutes to Saratoga Lake with public beach.
30 minutes to Albany. 20 minutes to Union College.
Two ski mountains within 30 min drive.

The location was perfect. The inside of the unit was all clean and lovely layout.

Avoid

Yard was a mess, listing said double sofa for sleeping but it was just a small couch. There was a air mattress but the pump was not there. We used our own air mattress with built in battery powered pump. After we left he accused us of taking his pump that I never had and never used.to pump up my own mattress that was incompatible with his pump. He tried to charge $20 and accused me of leaving his unit a mess.

Liked that it is in the area I was visiting. Didn't like: Futon is unsittable, no easy chairs in living room. Only 2 small metal chairs in living room. No chairs in bedroom. Totally uncomfortable stay. We used bag chairs to sit in to watch tv. Every day smelled pot odor which came through heating ducts. No temperature control in apartment.
