Very nice. Great yard to play with my Golden Retrievers. Great views of the lake. The owner goes above and beyond with little extras that make the stay even better. There’s a great dog friendly beach not too far away.

We had an absolutely delightful weekend staying here! The house is right on the lake, so the view is incredible. The inside is lovely and expansive and very thoughtfully decorated, with so many little details for guest comfort. There's a spacious amount of grounds around the house so we could walk our two little dogs around to their heart's content. We would definitely come back here! (It's also a birder's paradise, with lots of sightings of eagles and other raptors flying over the lake. Very cool.)

Family vacation

The home and property were perfect for our family vacation. Home was spotless and well stocked with everyday supplies and equipment. Lovely view of Lake Erie and eagles flying over back yard daily. Great location for enjoying Conneaut, Ashtabula and Presque Isle! Lots of room to relax and enjoy in quiet neighborhood.

beautiful property but not a comfortable house

beautiful property and enjoyed being outside ( a better and larger table should be added so a family can all eat together on the deck!). our week-end was a very hot one and the house is not an AC house.Just individual Rooms were connected to AC units and all bedrooms were uncomfortably warm. loved the spacious kitchen but did not appreciate not having a dishwasher ! over all the house is a fun older house with a beautiful view and spacious landscape.

Family stay for Easter weekend

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Relaxing on the deck and just looking at the lake was what we wanted and seeing the gorgeous sunsets and bald eagles made it even more special. We hated to leave!

PERFECT

What a great house and view!! Loved the layout of the house and all the room. Kitchen was great and fully stocked. Needless to say, view of the lake and the yard itself was perfection. I'd love to stay in the wintertime too. Hot tub was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend!!

Cliffside was a beautiful relaxing experience. My wife and her best friend from high school were able to relive some memories from childhood visiting the lake at Conneaut. Jill is an excellent host and communicator. She has made Cliffside into an enjoyable retreat. Eagles flying over the lake were very captivating. Quaint home with beautiful view of Lake Erie

It was a much needed girls' trip. We were only able to stay one night, but we really enjoyed this charming home right on the water. Chairs everywhere to enjoy the view. Loved the unique coffee station!!

Wonderful stay for the solar eclipse

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It's even larger in person than it looks in the pictures. The host communicated well and the check-in went smoothly. Everything was very clean and we loved the unique decor of each room in the house. The large yard and deck were great for relaxing. We were there for the solar eclipse and had a perfect view from the yard. The lake view over the cliff was also very enjoyable and relaxing, with lot's of opportunities for bird watching. The outdoor hot tub, fire pit and grill were also great amenities and everything was in working order with clear instructions. It's a remote area but there's a few small stores nearby as well as a public beach a few miles down the road. I hope to stay again in the future!
