Three balconies and a downtown/Capitol view? You won't find it anywhere else. 28 day minimum stay. Unit is beautifully furnished and pet friendly.

This special unit at Springhollow Condos is a recently-renovated treehouse-like oasis overlooking Barton Springs Pool, Zilker Park and on to downtown. The unit is a multi-level 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath and is packed with thoughtful details. Three incredible private outdoor living areas (over 300 sq ft of additional private outdoor space!) and top-quality fixtures make this space far superior to cookie-cutter rentals elsewhere.

Luxury bath has thermostatic rainfall fixture. Main bedroom has queen sized bed, walk-in closet, TV, and private West-facing balcony. Second bedroom has enormous, sunny patio that is great for al fresco dining and lots of natural light from a loft skylight. Bedroom 2 also has a large desk and chair with two stacked twin beds. Living room has wood-burning fireplace, open floorplan, extendable dining table, and an unbelievable covered patio/sunroom with comfy furnishing and a ceiling fan.

All bedrooms have extra linens and black out curtains. Unit is also stocked with picnic gear, pool-friendly dishes, celebration decorations, dry-bag (for enjoying kayaking or SUP on the lake), coolers, and extra beach towels for the pool.

Two free, reserved off-street parking spaces included, one covered. Complex has private pool, grill, and pool house for entertaining (renovated in June 2024). Unit is small pet friendly and has an optional small doggy door to covered patio.

Walk to Greenbelt, Barton Springs Pool, Zilker Park, Botanical Gardens, Umlauf Sculpture Garden, Long Center, Zach Theater, Alamo Drafthouse, Saxon Pub and more. You cannot find a spacious rental of this quality so close to downtown Austin anywhere else. It is truly one-of-a-kind.

All utilities, wifi, water, and trash pickup included. No smoking or loud parties please. Pet deposit required but small pets are more than welcome. We're a very pet friendly community. Pool key included.
