Communication was poor

Sent multiple message to host over a 6 week period. Didn’t receive any response. Received several automated messages from hosts agent with decent information but was missing details we needed. On day of arrival we were coming in later (after midnight) and the checking process wasn’t clear so called and text the numbers provided. Spent 25 minutes on hold (the 24x7 number) before hanging up. Texts did get answered but this was after we had already figured things out and checked in. Chose a later checkout but we were still locked out at 10am instead of 2pm. Front desk fixed the issue but the communication was just really lacking. Place was great and location was also great.

Somehow, we just managed to catch the last few days of SxSW, which was manic! However, this property was great! View of Lady Bird Lake from 21st floor & park is 1/2 block away. Rainey St food trucks are very close. Apartment seems pretty new & well appointed. The washer & dryer in this unit are great. The only issues we had were that the pillows were too thick for us. Really like display pillows, but not real comfortable to sleep on. Otherwise a great experience & we would stay here again.
