Begin and end every day on the beautiful upstairs balcony as you indulge in the picturesque views of the sprawling property. Sit under the pavilion with rocking chairs and a swing overlooking the creek, perfect for gathering, telling stories, and watching the sunset.

Inside, you'll be greeted by a vast living space draped in natural light and well-equipped to complement life events. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming a movie marathon on the large TV, or curling up with a good book. Prepare grand meals and touring snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, which sports ample cupboard room and updated appliances. This fabulous home is furnished with some Old Texas antiques including a dining table that can set 10 that was foraged from an Austin church door in the late 1800s, giving it a homey ambience you're sure to appreciate. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure everyone receives a wonderful night's rest from the day's big events, with the main suite offering a sprawling walk-in closet, a private entrance to the balcony, and a luxurious en suite bathroom.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
